Proven Experience

Since our founding in 2005 we have experience performing as a general contractor (where we provided management and oversight of entire projects to include safety oversight, contract management, sub-contract management, schedule management, and quality control), a subcontractor, and a member of design build project teams.  Affordable Concrete has completed projects for private, public, and federal contracts to include but not limited to US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buckley AFB, City of Denver, City of Aurora, City of Broomfield, City of Arvada, Denver International Airport (DIA), RTD Bus Operations, RTD Light Rail Stations, Denver Water, School of Mines, Metro State University, CU Denver, and CU Boulder.

Our firm has assembled and maintains a professional in-house management staff with decades of construction experience in all types of construction that will ensure professional implementation of a project plan.  We monitor future growth, staffing needs and search for the best future candidates so we ensure that we can continue to grow the firm while maintaining a superior product with professional contract management.  Our management team is experienced with contract oversight, design build management, sub-contractor management, quality control systems, LEED documentation and working closely with our clients to complete our projects on time and within budget.
